Luna Restaurant - Italian Seafood Dining in Concord, CA

Best Italian restaurant we've discovered on an early Sunday afternoon. We've come at a recommendation from a close friend of ours, and I am glad that we're near the area to try. We arrived 30 minutes earlier than their usual opening time, but they were very accommodating and took us in. We had a wonderful evening, and the food was phenomenal. I highly recommend the lamb shanks as well as their mushroom gnocchi for appetizers. But their pastas are very good as well. I highly recommend this place next time you visit concord. They won't disappoint. Shout out to ADAM for being a nice little boy to his momma!

From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in a comfortable, beautifully appointed ambiance that felt sophisticated yet welcoming, entirely free of stuffiness. The food is the star of the show here—incredible, authentic Italian cuisine prepared with genuine care and love. Every dish we ordered was a culinary delight. The Lamb Shank was fall-off-the-bone tender and rich in flavor, while all the fish dishes tasted incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. A special mention must go to the fresh pastas; they are, simply put, perfect. The kitchen's commitment to authenticity truly shines through in every bite. What truly elevated our evening from great to absolutely perfect, however, was the service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. We received outstanding service from Habib and "V" in particular, who made us feel like valued guests and ensured every aspect of our meal was flawless. Luna Italian Restaurant is, without a doubt, a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a top-tier dining experience in the East Bay. We cannot wait to return.

I stopped in curious to try Italian Fare. I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. There is a robust selection of entrees here. I order a personal favorite entree and it was amazing. It's clear that service & quality is priority here. I can highly recommend.

The only thing better than the food, which was delicious, was how attentive everyone was. Habib came out and visited with us for a little bit. Our server was excellent and always make sure our glasses were full. Can’t wait for my next visit.
